Balran is village located in Moonak Tehsil of Sangrur district, Punjab with total 1376 families residing. The Balran village has population of 7311 of which 3872 are males and 3439 are females as per population Census 2011

In Balran Village population of children with age 0-6 is 848 which make up 11.78 of the total population of village. Average Sex Ratio of Balran village is 888 which is lower than Punjab state average of 895. Child Sex Ratio for the Balran as per census is 882,higher than Punjab average of 846.
